Laminar airflow technology refers to the air flow into a uniform linear shape; In the laminar airflow clean room, air enters the room through a 100% coverage filter and is returned by the raised floor or side partition panels. This type of clean room is suitable for use in environments where the cleanliness level needs to be set higher, and the clean room level is generally Class 1 to 100, such as medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, electronic aerospace and other fields.

 

There are two types:

(1) Horizontal laminar airflow: the horizontal air is blown out of the filter in a single direction, and the air is returned by the return air system of the opposite wall, and the dust is discharged to the outside with the wind, and the pollution is generally more serious on the lower side. This clean room is simple in structure and can become stable in a short time after operation.

(2) Vertical laminar airflow: the ceiling of the room is completely covered by ULPA filter, and the air is blown from top to bottom, which can obtain a high degree of cleanliness, and the dust generated by the process or staff can be quickly discharged outside without affecting other work areas. This kind of clean room is easy to manage, can reach a stable state within a short time after operation, and is not easy to be affected by the operating state or operators.
